Statutory filings here are not mechanical. They involve judgement about how a rule is applied in practice, direct dealing with regulators who expect to be addressed by someone who knows them, and the ability to see a problem in a set of accounts before it becomes an assessment. That requires experienced people, and we staff accordingly.
Our teams are career professionals: licensed accountants, tax practitioners certified to represent clients before the Income and Sales Tax Department, and payroll specialists who make statutory filings every month. All personnel are appropriately licensed and credentialed for the scope of work they perform, and every engagement is supervised by someone accountable for what is delivered.
Depth over breadth. We cover two jurisdictions and we cover them with our own licensed people rather than through correspondents. That is deliberate. We would rather be the firm you can rely on completely in two places than one that claims a presence in twenty.

Named people, not a queue
You get named contacts and a defined escalation route to the person responsible for the service line. Not a ticket number and not a call centre.
Deadlines tracked, not confirmed after the event
We monitor the statutory calendar and tell you what is coming. You should never learn about a deadline from a penalty notice.
Our own platform, or yours
DMF MicroCode is our proprietary accounting, ERP and payroll system, built for this market and integrated directly with the ISTD's national JoFotara e-invoicing platform. Hosted locally. Where you would rather we worked in your system, we do.
We never hold your money
We do not act as a funds custodian. Payment files go to your own bank account and the money moves directly from you to the employee or the authority.
One team with the lawyers
DMF and the lawyers of Dar Al-Masri Law run engagements together. When a compliance matter turns legal, the file does not change hands, and nothing has to be explained twice.
Confidentiality as a condition of employment
Access to client data is restricted on the principle of least privilege, multi-factor authentication is enforced, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Technology
DMF MicroCode is proprietary, and built for this market rather than adapted to it. It unifies the general ledger, receivables and payables, banking and cheque management, purchasing, sales, inventory, HR and payroll in a single connected database: automatic posting, multi-currency handling, a configurable tax engine, cost centre reporting, and per-user permissions applied at screen and function level. Integration with the ISTD's national JoFotara platform keeps e-invoicing compliant without a separate step.
It is integrated with Jordan's national e-invoicing system (JoFotara) and hosted locally. It exchanges data with external systems by API, file transfer or agreed template, so it sits alongside a client's or a partner's own platform rather than competing with it.

Two practices. One team.
DMF grew out of a law firm, and it still works like one. Our accountants sit in the same building as the lawyers of Dar Al-Masri Law, in practice since 1981, and the two practices run engagements together as a matter of routine.
So the contract that creates the obligation and the ledger that records it are drafted and kept by one team. A termination that turns contentious, an assessment that goes to objection, a shareholding that changes mid-year: the lawyer already has the numbers and the accountant already has the file. Nothing is explained twice, and nothing falls between two providers.
